Hi there, welcome to my website, one of many portals to all the wonders of design and art.
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Sheree. I am the founder, boss lady behind Sambodhi Creative.
In this post, I will introduce myself and give you a little insight into my world of design, how I work, my style and what inspires me. This is my first ever blog post, my aim for this is to connect with everyone who shares a love of design and art, my wonderful tribe of followers and current/potential clients. I will be sharing design tips, places I've explored, events or anything interesting in the design and art world.
About me
My love for art and creativity blossomed when I was young. I live on the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland (Australia) I work full-time in the printing and design industry and growing my own business. Other interests include martial arts, yoga, exploring nature, hiking and trips to the beach.
How I work
My home is my creative sanctuary. I always begin any creative project with notebooks, sketchbooks & pens before I even turn on my computer. On occasion, I'll pack up my books and sit in nature, taking in all the wonderful energy or you'll find me in a favourite cafe, writing and planning out a project.
My style
My design style has a modern, clean vibe. To balance it out, my art is mostly abstract and wild.
Inspiration
Personally, I don't limit myself to any stereotype or follow trends. I walk my own path and explore anything that has drawn my curiosity.
